Ginny Fogg is a recognized expert in corporate governance.

She served as the General Counsel of Norfolk Southern Corporation (Fortune 300 NYSE: NSC) until 2021, overseeing the corporate section of the Law Department for over sixteen years. She led the corporation’s successful defense of a proxy contest, overseeing shareholder demand letter investigations and SEC regulatory inquiries, and established a robust shareholder engagement program. She has also held numerous leadership positions in the Society for Corporate Governance and served as Chair of its Board of Directors.

Ginny holds a BS from Georgetown University, and a JD and MBA from William & Mary.
